Served with stir-fried vegetables oriental
and baked potato with aromatic herbs.


Edith’s Combination.
Mesquite-grilled Breast of farm Chicken,
cheese-topped Enchilada in a guajillo sauce,
and Quesadilla in a flour tortilla, served
with pacific rice, beans and guacamole.
